Carrie Young

Carrie Young is a dedicated nursing professional with over 17 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She began her career with the NHS as an Adult nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical practice.

Thirteen years ago, Carrie qualified as a specialist public health nurse, focusing on childhood development in her role as a health visitor. This experience ignited her passion for supporting children and families in achieving optimal health and well-being.

She is now the governance lead at the Ark clinic, where she conducts thorough assessments for both children and adults with ADHD. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Carrie is also a qualified nurse prescriber, enabling her to provide comprehensive care that addresses both the medical and psychological aspects of ADHD.
