We will send you some pre assessment forms for you to complete and for you to ask family members, school, work colleagues to gather this information. Don’t worry the forms are relatively self-explanatory but if you struggle please contact us and we will guide you through them.</p><p>Once you have submitted your forms, these will be reviewed by a clinician. A QB check link will be sent to you and then an appointment will be booked with the clinician for an assessment.</p><p>The assessment will then take place at your appointment with the clinician. Reasonable adjustment letters can be provided to support school or work settings.</p><p>Therapy is also another process that you may be referred for. This could consist of a therapy called cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This can be affective in helping individuals develop coping strategies to improve executive functioning skills.</p><p>Medication- stimulants and non-stimulant medications are prescribed to help manage the symptoms of ADHD if indicated. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment will be charged the full fee. If the patient does not attend their appointment, it will be classified as a \"Did Not Attend\" (DNA).
